Austin Personnel Services recruits 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Anyone we come in contact with is a potential candidate. Our network includes those who are actively seeking a job as well as those who may be interested in a change for the future. Resumes are accepted through outreach to the major universities, trade schools, the internet and extensive community affairs activities. We do whatever is necessary to find the most qualified person for each job opening.
We will be the employer of record, process payroll, print employee pay checks on time for each payday, appropriate calculation and withholding of federal, state, and/or local taxes will be made; we will also calculate and pay all payroll taxes such as Social Security, Medicare and unemployment, print and file all year-end employee tax documents such as Form W-2. We will also provide a timekeeping system for employees. All of our Temporaries are covered under our Workers’ Comp insurance.
